May 5th marks the birth of Miyazono Tomoe, student from the Vocalist Department at Ironoha Music Academy.

To celebrate the occasion, Miyazono Tomoe (cv.Hirose Yuuya) has addressed a message to the citizens:

“Hey, Miyazono Tomoe speaking. ...I still don't understand all that fuss about my birthday but sure, whatever, I don't mind the enthusiasm now anyway.

Freshmen have been flooding the academy these past few days and, trust me, it's a real carnival compared to the rest of the year: the ambiance is drastically different. I thought these guys were all talk at first, but some seem surprisingly tenacious which is... Honestly a bit surprising. Naturally, I'm still better than any of them.

How have I been with my family? I'd say we get on pretty well now. Father and Kanae are doing good too. I'll celebrate my birthday with them, by the way.

My goal this year is to further prove that my music can move mountains: I want people to understand it with their feelings, without me needing to explain it through mere words.
With my music, I want you to feel how much your presence means: your support is worth more than anyone else's in my eyes, I hope you know that.

”Sugar Pop” concept story : synopsis
A special music event, organised by the music producer Kaji Haruhi, will be held this winter!

Juniors from Ironoha, COLORATION’s Tadokoro Yukiya and Taktsuki Kagura, as well as the global sensation Kurahashi Kairi—all answered his impromptu call to participate in the event!

Trailblazing once more, an unprecedented cross-structural collaboration is in the making…!


Their only rule: to sculpt “love,” the event’s chosen theme, into their melodies…
A shape of “love” that each of them distinctly harbours.

Who and how will they explore a love story? What kind of experience will speak through their songs?
This yet uncharted theme shall bright forth a unique look at their musicality, born from “love.”

Kurahashi Kairi was elected effigy for the 2024 award, detailing the winning design’s concept and seams along with some personal commentary in the following video.
