October 4th marks the birth of Kaji Haruhi, graduate student from Ironoha Music Academy, currently composer & producer for his own label.

To celebrate the occasion, Kaji Haruhi (cv. Nakajima Yoshiki) has addressed a message to the citizens:

“Haruhi-kun speaking! October 4th is already here, can you believe it? Thank you for the celebratory messages so far. I usually don’t care much for my birthday, but I must admit… Being celebrated every once in a while does tickle something in me.

I’ve had more than enough time to spend with me, myself and I since graduating and jumping right to work: be it admitting my weaknesses, figuring out what I need to improve and confronting my shortcomings… I feel like I’m discovering more about myself now than when I was a student—that I hadn’t exactly met the person I truly am and, honestly? Though I’m surprised by who that Haruhi is, every day has been so fun, so fulfilling, I’m excited to get to know him more.

Unrelated, but I hired a new assistant, right? Well, guess what—turns out he’s Takatsuki-kun’s li’l brother! Never saw that one coming, believe me.

Anyhow, I’ll be checking in again soon! I’ll press on with my career, chasing after the thrill in my own style, so keep your eyes peeled for what’s to come!”
