Gast: Well, collectin' substance is one way of getting Sector points.

Victor: I am not interested in Sector points, but I have been collecting substance more than anyone else. One thing led to another, and before I knew it, I became a Major Hero

Gast: Haha, sounds like you Doctor.

Victor: The reason I became a Hero in the first place was to get substance with my own two hands.

Victor: Substance has flown everywhere across New Million. However, the way they emerged… Has yet to be explained.

Victor: Unveiling this mystery is one of my main research topics.

Gast: I think they told us about these, back at the Academy. Though I barely remember it, ahaha.
