“The Man Behind the Poster”
[Vollmond Production—Office]
Akira: (Woah, it’s just as they told me: the hallways are lined with posters of the movies their actors starred in.)
…Ah, Bradley is there too, and with… A school uniform? He kind of looks younger...
Bradley: Damn, this one ‘s takin’ me through one helluva trip down memory lane.
Akira: Oh, hi there, Bradley! Is this movie that old…?
Bradley: That’s actually the first movie I played in. It’s been like, what, ten years since it hit the theatres?
Akira: That’s your debut…!? No wonder you had this bright-eyed freshman air about yourself!
I see you’re standing back to back with this man with sky blue hair… Do they have some sort of connection?
Bradley: That’s my character’s compadre. I was barely a rookie at the time, but still snagged a double lead with the guy.
To make a long story short, it’s a coming-of-age action movie set in a school full o’ delinquents, where the main characters gotta work their way to the top o’ the food chain with nothin’ but their fists.
Akira: That sounds so good...! That genre fits you like a glove with that cool, detached attitude; and you totally look the part!
Ah, though it’s not like you can anymore, with how you’re trying to airbrush anything related to action stuff out of your ca——
Bradley: Akira.
Akira: … …!
(Is this happening? Is he really cupping my chin? Am I getting my movie moment here and now...!?)
Bradley: Got somethin’ to say about where my decision ‘s takin’ me, mh?
Akira: N-Nope, absolutely nothing! You’ve got all the charms to knock anything out of the park, boss...!
