For the occasion, Takatsuki Kagura has addressed a video message to the citizens:

“Greetings, Takatsuki Kagura speaking. As this day marks the day I came into this world, I ought to thank you all for sending me birthday messages celebrating the occasion—I thoroughly read each and everyone of them.

This year, I wish to further improve my abilities, show my true strengths, and craft music that will strike a profound chord in our audience’s heart. This is not an end goal I try to achieve, but an objective I strive to surpass every passing day.

My plans for today? My younger brother, my parents and I haven’t spent time together in quite a while, so we will have a birthday dinner in my honour.
