[Wizards’ Manor—Bedroom Corridor, First Floor]

Mitile: Our mission sounds more dangerous than any other we were given before…

Rutile: It does, but this kind of risk is new to a lot of us too.

…Are you scared, Mitile?

Mitile: A little bit… but I won’t get cold feet, I want to be there to protect everyone.

Rutile: That’s the spirit! Well then, we should get everything ready before we leave.

Mitile: Yes, let’s!

Mitile: …Alright! I should carefully prepare my bags if I want to play my part and help everybody.

Hmmm, since we’re supposed to take down a monster… perhaps I should pack some more ointments in case anyone gets injured. Hmm, maybe we’ll need bug repellent too…?

…Oh, right! I better take everything for that medicine too!

Aaand that should be all the ingredients. I hope I’m not missing anything.

Lennox: …We’re about to depart, Mitile. Are you ready to leave?

…Mitile?

Mitile: Ngh, erk... Mister Lenno…

Lennox: Mitile! Are you all right? Do you feel unwell?

It’s alright if you need to resign from the mission to rest, but please don’t push yourself.

Mitile: No, actually...

[Wizards’ Manor—Mitile’s Bedroom]

Mitile: I'm fine, it's just the smell of this magic potion I was making that was too strong...

Lennox: A potion...? Do you mean the bottle on the desk over there? Its colour does look very… pungent…

Mitile: It is. It’s a potion to fend off evil spirits; Mister Shino taught me how to make one.

I thought I could make some to distract the monster, in case of emergency.

Lennox: Mitile…

Mitile: …We may face a very powerful monster during this mission, won’t we…

I’m not good at strong magic, but I want to help those in need just as much as everybody else.

And I know, maybe this much won’t be very effective on powerful monsters, but...

Lennox: Thank you, Mitile.

This is something only you can do, and no one else. I’m sure it’ll be very useful on our mission.

Mitile: …Really? Are you sure?

Lennox: I am. You should have more faith in yourself.

Lennox: I have a role to fulfil, and you have yours, Mitile... So let's each carry out our duties and return safely to the Manor with everybody.

Mitile: …Yes! I’ll do my best to fulfil my role—I’m a chosen wizard too, after all!

“One Day, We’ll Return To That Forest”

[Wizard’s Manor—Foyer, First Storey Hallway]

Akira: What did you pack when we went to the Jura Forest, Mitile?

Mitile: Um, me? Mostly medicine, but I also heard that it was a rather cold place, so I layered warm clothes under my outfit just in case.

Akira: Right, the Jura Forest was numbingly cold... Even the waterfalls were frozen and stuff.

Mitile: I really wish I had brought more though, like blankets and warm cloaks, but…

But I was also told that the monster could show up at any moment during our mission, so I kept my bags light and only brought essentials.

Akira: You made the success of our mission your top priority… That's just like you, Mitile.

Mitile: Thank you very much, I take it as a compliment! But I hope we’ll get to return to the Jura Forest someday, I’d really like to see the place when it’s peaceful.

There were many rare plants growing there, but I also heard that many scary monsters roamed the forest, so I was very nervous throughout the mission...

I’d prefer to look for medicinal herbs instead of slaying monsters next time.

Akira: ...You still manage to find something to look forward to even after a dangerous mission, that’s so cool… I hope we can go for a stroll next time around!

Mitile: Me too!
