[Wizards’ Manor—Manor's Forest Clearing]

Mitile: Hmm… Mister Nero said it would be around here...

Huh, Mister Chloe?

Chloe: Oh, Mitile! Come over here for a second!

Mitile: Wow, look at all these raspberries...

Chloe: They look delicious, don’t they? I was simply out on a walk, trying to strike some inspiration for possible motifs for a new outfit, but I happened upon all these fruits instead.

Mitile: Actually, I was also out looking for raspberries, so thank you for letting me know where they were!

Brother was so ready to pick up bags and bags full of fresh fruits, he was really looking forward to our walk…

Chloe: That means I called you in the nick of time! Um, but where’s Rutile? Is he not with you?

Mitile: …He should have been, but he’s resting in his room.

Chloe: Wait, is he all right? I hope he’s not hurt or something…

Mitile: Oh no, he’s not...! Brother is just hungover, nothing to worry about. He drank too much during our party in the South, so he’s feeling a bit under the weather…

So I convinced him to rest properly today.

Chloe: That banquet was so incredibly fun! Everybody also seemed way more upbeat than usual.

…Okay, I know what we can do!

Chloe: How about we pick up some of these raspberries and make something for Rutile?

Mitile: … Ehehe…

Chloe: Hm? Mitile? Did I say something strange?

Mitile: O-oh, no, not at all! I had the same idea actually, that’s why I came all the way here in the first place. I was thinking, maybe, Brother could enjoy these raspberries and…

Chloe: Ah, I see! We both care for Rutile so much that we ended up on the same train of thought.

Mitile: Yes! Um, we could use the raspberries to make jam for Brother, what do you think?

Oh, I made some with him once! It was delicious and not too sweet once mixed with some tea.

Chloe: Then I’m sure he’ll really appreciate something easy to drink, especially if he’s going through a hangover.

Mitile: I hope he will. Then let's pick up some and quickly go home!

Chloe: …You’re so kind, Mitile. I was the youngest of my siblings, so I'm kind of a little bit jealous that I didn’t have a little brother that could care for me like that.

Mitile: Oh... But you’re the one who’s more thoughtful and maybe more like an older brother than Brother actually is, Mister Chloe.

Chloe: Really, you think so…? Ehehe, I’m happy to hear you say that.

Mitile: Yes, I do! You know, Brother was so focused on chasing after a bird to draw it the other day, that he ran head-on into a tree.

He hurt his nose, so I quickly treated his injury with some medicine but… I’m a little worried that he might get hurt again if I’m not around.

Chloe: But you love Rutile the way he is too, don’t you?

Mitile: U-um, mhhh... How, how did you know?

Chloe: Just a simple look is enough for me to get it, you know? Well, let's make the most tasty jam the world has ever seen to quickly get him back on his feet!

Mitile: Yes! Once he hears that you helped me, I’m sure Brother will feel better in no time!

Akira: How is Rutile doing, Mitile?

Mitile: Oh, I’m sorry that his situation even worried you, Master Sage. Don’t worry, his hangover has pretty much died down, so he should be fine by tomorrow.

Akira: That’s good to hear, and this is only thanks to you looking after him so well.

Mitile: D-do you think so? I have to be even more careful before that sort of thing happens again though...

Akira: Looks like you were the big brother this time around.

Mitile: Me? A big brother...?

Akira: With your level-headedness, you really would make for a reliable older sibling.

Now that I think about it, if you had a little brother, what kind of brother would you aim to be?

Mitile: Hmm... I think I’d like to be someone as calm and composed as Mister Chloe, but also considerate and kind too.

Akira: I see what you mean: Chloe also helps Rustica a lot, and if you ask me, he’s very much like an older brother to him.

Mitile: Ah, I also respect Brother, of course!

All of his students in Town of Clouds look up to him, and he’s really good at teaching, and he finds a good balance between rewarding and scolding them…

Akira: And whatever happens, your eyes are set on Rutile.

Mitile: Ehehe, we’ve been together ever since I was born after all. He may be a little too intense at times, but he’ll always be my precious big brother.
